A simple, fast website that shows your work, lists the areas you cover and makes it easy for customers to call or ask for a quote. Built for sole traders and small trade firms, and written for you.
Built for the trades
Extensions, bathrooms, boiler installs, rewires: one clear page per job you want more of.
Town and postcode pages so you show up when people nearby search for a tradesperson.
Before and after galleries from real jobs, compressed so they load fast on a phone.
A short form with photo upload, plus tap-to-call and WhatsApp on every page.
Gas Safe, NICEIC, TrustMark, insurance and guarantees, shown where customers look.
Your Google, Checkatrade or Trustpilot reviews shown next to your services.
Written for you
Customers want to know three things: do you do this job, do you cover my area, and can they trust you in their home. We answer those questions in plain English on every page.
You tell us about your services and the areas you cover in a short brief, and we write the pages. You check and approve every word before the site goes live.
The guide
Most people looking for a builder, plumber or electrician search on their phone, look at two or three websites and call the one that seems most trustworthy. A trade website doesn’t need to be fancy. It needs to show up locally, look professional and make getting in touch effortless. Here is how we plan and build websites for tradespeople.
A single “Services” page listing everything you do rarely ranks for anything. Separate pages work far better, because each one can match what people actually type into Google.
Customers search for “electrician in Hove” or “plumber near me”, so your website has to make your service area obvious.
You’re asking people to let you into their home, so proof matters more than clever wording.
Someone with a leaking pipe won’t wait for a slow website to load. Google also uses real-world speed (Core Web Vitals) as a ranking signal. We aim for the main content to load in under 2.5 seconds on mobile, and we add a fixed bar at the bottom of the screen for one-tap call, WhatsApp and email.
Your website counts as advertising, so the UK advertising code (CAP) applies. Avoid claims you can’t back up, like “cheapest in Sussex” or “fully guaranteed” without saying what the guarantee covers. Only show accreditation logos for schemes you’re a current member of.
