This policy explains how Hit Craze (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit hitcraze.co.uk or use our services. We are the data controller for this information.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our hosting provider, email provider, analytics provider (Google) and payment provider. They process data on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years if you don’t become a client. For clients, we keep project and financial records for 6 years after our work ends, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to ask for a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email hello@hitcraze.co.uk.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
